Paris, Texas. Wim Wenders. 1984

Even if the movie action is developed on its bast majority in open spaces one can feel claustrophobia, solitude, desperation, silence, regrets and fear.

The movie seems to tell us as well that sometimes losing memories is the way the brain and emotions use as self defense and when we recover them and try to fix our past, they just become even more painful an existence just shows us an empty future.

If you have never seen this movie, please do, its beauty has no boundaries (specially Nastassja Kinski’s), it is tremendously human and sour.
